Barney's Happy Mad Silly Sad
PLOT: Love makes Barney's world go 'round, and the huggable dinosaur encourages his friends to express and understand their emotions in healthy ways. From creating masks to decorating a "Friends & Family Tree" with hearts, Barney uses fun songs and games to help his friends get in touch with their feelings. And he reminds them that manners, sharing and taking turns are great ways to show you care about others. It's always a happy day of fun and learning when you spend it with Barney and his friends.

Barney’s Great Adventure
PLOT: Barney and his pals take a trip to Grandpa's farm and find that a magical egg--which is due to hatch any moment--is missing. As opposed to the studio-bound television show, this feature film has a lot more visual diversity and is a bright, good-looking production. Barney fans will appreciate the broader production scale--even if they don't realize it.

Barney's Best Manners
PLOT: When a surprise package arrives from Miss Vera Goode with her new "Book of Manners for Children," Barney™’s friends questions why minding their manners is so important. Barney explains that they have the perfect opportunity to be on their best behavior because they’re invited to a party! Then their polite purple pal helps his friends brush up on the rules of etiquette by brining Mother Goose rhymes to life and taking the children on a magical trip to Alice In Wonderland’s "Mad Team Party." Whether it’s sneezing, sharing, cleaning up or using good table manners, Barney helps them discover that using their best manners is fun!

Barney Animal ABC's
PLOT: In this live action program, Barney, Baby Bop, BJ, Riff and their friends learn about animals one letter of the alphabet at a time. The gang starts out with alphabet blocks, then each character takes a few letters and sets out to find an animal that begins with each letter. As they go through the alphabet, the friends talk, laugh and sing about the different animals they discover. At the end, Barney and friends review each letter and animal again.

Barney's Read With Me Dance With Me
PLOT: Barney is back with a new generation of kid actors, a music video, and BJ in a tutu. Gone is the old treehouse; Barney and buddies now hang out in a hip refurbished caboose. First up is a lesson about reading in which books inspire the children to act out stories and write their own. In the second story, BJ doesn't want to dance ballet with his sister Baby Bop, until the kids explain that he can put his own spin on it--and take off the tutu.

Barney's Outdoor Fun
PLOT: When young Stephen shows up in a khaki vest with a pair of binoculars and a yen to be a forest ranger, it's Barney's signal to take the crew to Camp WannaRunnaRound for some hiking, fishing and--of course--plenty of singing and dancing. Once out in the woods, the crew is joined by B.J. and Baby Bop for some catch-and-release fishing and a "Lake Medley." Next, Counselor Barney shows the kids how to set up a tent, pack for a day hike, and problem-solve when it comes to a fallen log. The hikers see a squirrel and a raccoon, sing the environment-friendly "Pick Up Your Part of the World," and end up around the campfire telling stories. When they get too scary for Baby Bop, the gang opts to listen to the sounds of insects instead. This 50-minute program satisfyingly sets up basic camp etiquette for either a structured facility or family outings.
